Under this vehicle, Basecamp offers IT Professional Services for database planning and design; systems analysis, integration, and design; programming, conversion and implementation support; network services, data/records management, and testing.

The DLA Information Operations J6 serves as the Agency's knowledge broker, providing comprehensive IT support across the DoD and DLA Business Community. The mission focuses on delivering high-quality IT systems, customer support, data management, and telecommunications services necessary to support the warfighter and broader logistical operations.
Scope: This acquisition supports IT service requirements across the DLA Information Operations Enterprise, DLA Program Executive Offices (PEO), and Research and Development. It encompasses a broad range of services, including IT solutions, technical support, maintenance, research and development, application development, lifecycle management, and cybersecurity.

Under this contract vehicle, Basecamp provides engineering and program management services.
Engineering Services encompass 12 functional areas, including software engineering, development, programming, and network support; measurement facilities, range, and instrumentation support; research and development; as well as modeling, simulation, stimulation, and analysis support.
Program Management Services cover 11 functional areas, including financial analysis and budget support; quality assurance; professional development and training support; and logistics.
