Founded in August 2015, Basecamp Consulting and Solutions was built on a simple principle: lasting results begin with trust. From the beginning, we've approached complex technology challenges with practical innovation, a commitment to quality, and a focus on building relationships that endure.

Security that keeps authorization current
We engineer Zero Trust controls, automated security testing (SAST, DAST, SCA), policy-as-code, and continuous monitoring directly into CI/CD pipelines, so systems release faster while staying authorization- and audit-ready. We are extending the same automation to cryptographic discovery and inventory, the first step toward post-quantum cryptography (PQC) readiness.
Modernization without mission disruption
We modernize and migrate large, complex application portfolios across cloud and hybrid environments using standardized, repeatable migration patterns, retiring legacy code and technical debt while mission operations keep running.
Architecture and standards that scale
We design enterprise architecture, cloud governance, and DevSecOps service models that scale across large portfolios and become organization-wide standards. Portfolio rationalization and business process reengineering tie each technology decision to cost, risk, and mission priority.
Prototype to production, built to pass authorization
We turn concepts into working prototypes through company-funded builds, built to harden for production with plug-and-play, standards-based integration that fits existing systems. Fluency in federal SDLCs, risk governance, and compliance frameworks means prototypes are built to clear authorization, not stall at it. With our engineering partners, we extend into MBSE and digital twins.
